Shipping Policy

  • Items are shipped 24-48 hours after your order is placed. Next Day Air and Second Day Air is not excluded from this processing time
  • No charge for Ground shipping on any order of AutoID equipment deliver to a location anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.
  • Overnight, and 2 day Air shipping is avaliable, shipping charges apply.
  • Shipping charges applies for Ground shipping on Labels, Ribbons and all kinds of supplies for orders deliver to a location anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.
  • Tracking information provided when available.
  • Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.

    Warranty and DOA

    While we can't guarantee that every product we ship arrives in perfect condition, we can make sure problems are handled quickly and painlessly.

    In most cases, warranty situations are handled by the manufacturer. 123barcode.com provides no warranty other than the warranty offerred by the manufacturer on the product.

    If a product arrives Dead On Arrival (DOA), contact our Technical Support Group immediately at 877-999-1800 or send an email to tech@123barcode.com. If this is a defective item, a technician will call you upon submitting the RMA form. DOA Policies vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. We will be glad to apply the manufacturer's policy and help you get up and running. Please see manufacturer's warranties for manufacturer DOA policies. In most cases, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be issued and a replacement product will be sent to you. To speed the process along, please have the following information ready:

    Please note that RMA numbers are only valid for thirty (30) days, and all products received without an RMA number will be returned to you unopened.

    Returns

    • Opened printers, scanners, data collectors, cash drawers, may be exchanged within 14 days of your product's shipping date. No refunds are available for these items, if opened.
    There is No returns on Open Printheads or Open software.
    A re-stocking fee may applies on all returns up to 15% of purchase price.
    • Opened Supplies items may be exchanged within 14 days of your product's shipping date for the same item only. No refunds are available for these items, if opened.
    • All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
    • Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
    • Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
    • If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the product you are returning
